Not really sure, just a dump of random stuff. 

just files I dump here because I'm too lazy to give them a specific place. they may have a new home shortly after being put here, depends on if I want to move them or not. 

If for some reason Windows Defender complains about a specific file, tell me ASAP and I'll temporarily remove it until I can fix it.
